You will be based at our Diggerland Kent site in Medway Valley Park and be directly responsible for the grounds maintenance and upkeep along with a diverse range of tasks. You will be responsible for grass cutting, strimming, weeding and basic maintenance and ground care equipment.
Our Diggerland Parks have seasonal opening, but require year-round maintenance for us to deliver the high standards that our customers expect.
You will need to work to high standards with good attention to detail and have the ability to work along side our General Manager and Park Manager.
We work as a team and it is important that you are prepared to work in a team environment where working together and supporting others in their work is essential.
Formal qualifications are not required, but we will expect you to be able to demonstrate an aptitude for these types of tasks and also some relevant work experience. Most importantly, we are seeking an individual with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
There may be some requirement to interact with visitors to our park and we will expect that you are always polite and helpful in these interactions.
